Overview

The HSE is issuing this Invitation to Tender (ITT) for Cyber Security Awareness Services split into two lots: Lot 1 Simulated Email Phishing Service and Custom Cybersecurity Training and Awareness Training and Lot 2 Simulated SMS (smishing) and Voice (Vishing) Campaign. The cyber security awareness services should help prepare the HSE's workforce for current and emerging cybersecurity challenges. A dedicated cyber security awareness program has been in operation in the HSE for the past 5 years. Simulated email phishing exercises are regularly run in the HSE for staff and contractors. Custom cyber security awareness training in various forms is provided for HSE staff and contractors. All these existing services are required as part of this tender. Extra services for simulated SMS (smishing) and Voice (Vishing) exercises, which currently do not exist in the HSE, are required to help keep the HSE’s workforce prepared for new cybersecurity challenges.
