Gemäß Brandschutzbedarfsplan ist für die Löschgruppe Kessebüren eine Ersatzbeschaffung in Form eines HLF 20 geplant. Haushaltsmittel für das Fahrzeug sind in 2026 eingestellt.
#Bekanntmachungs-ID: CXVDYYDDYRDN0FU5# Die Nachforderung gemäß § 56 Abs. 2 VgV wird zugelassen. Die VgV sieht keine feste Nachforderungsfrist vor. Daher erfolgt die Nachforderungsfrist analog § 16 a Abs. 4 VOB/A 2019. Die Nachforderungsfrist beträgt sechs Kalendertage nach Aufforderung. Werden die Erklärungen oder Nachweise nicht innerhalb der Frist vorgelegt, ist das Angebot auszuschließen. Erweisen sich in der Wirtschaftlichkeitsbetrachtung (§ 58 VgV) mehrere Angebote als gleich wirtschaftlich, entscheidet über den Zuschlag das Los.
