Following a competitive tender exercise, The London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham (the Council) is intending to award Health Visiting Service (0–5 years)

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The standstill period begins on the day after the publication of this notice. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by 21st October 2026. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award a contract under the competitive process of the PSR.’

Following completion of the Competitive Process undertaken in accordance with Regulation 11 of the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023, the Council (the “Council”) intends to award a contract for Health Visiting Services . The Council assessed all submissions in accordance with the procurement documentation and published evaluation methodology. The evaluation criteria were designed to reflect the Provider Selection Regime key criteria, including: • Quality and Innovation; • Value; • Integration, Collaboration and Service Sustainability; • Improving Access, Reducing Inequalities and Facilitating Choice; and • Social Value.
