Le périmètre du groupement concerne les collectivités adhérentes des trois établissements publics administratifs suivants : - SIDEC du Jura (39) - coordonnateur du groupement ; - ADAT du Doubs (25) ; - Ingénierie 70 (Haute-Saône) ; Le SIDEC agit en tant que coordonnateur du groupement de commandes.
