The British Council is seeking to appoint vehicle driven transport services specifically, standard car transportation, executive chauffeur car hire and coach services on its behalf during visits from overseas delegations and or the transportation of staff, guests and stakeholders and on an as needed basis.

Competitive flexible procedure

The British Council intends to establish a Framework Agreement comprising 2 Lots for ground transportation, with each Lot further divided into four regions: England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland. For each region within each Lot, the Framework Agreement will be awarded to the highest-ranked supplier. Suppliers can apply multiple regions within a Lot where they can deliver the services. There shall be no restriction on the number of Framework Agreements that may be awarded to the same supplier across multiple regions and/or Lots.
