El objeto del presente contrato es la gestión integral de dos centros de día (esta denominación se sustituirá por servicios de atención a menores infractores. SAMI) para la ejecución de medidas judiciales no privativas de libertad que corresponden a la AGENCIA DE LA COMUNIDAD DE MADRID PARA LA REEDUCACIÓN Y REINSERCIÓN DEL MENOR INFRACTOR (en lo sucesivo la Agencia), impuestas a las personas menores infractoras por los Juzgados de Menores en aplicación de la Ley Orgánica 5/2000, de 12 de enero, reguladora de la responsabilidad penal de los menores (LORPM).
