Het aanstellen van een partner die in eerste instantie samen met de aanbesteder, Solidaris – N.V.S.M., het huidige en toekomstige beheer van de IT-beveiligingsinfrastructuren en de bijhorende diensten en applicaties kan ondersteunen. De aanbesteder behoudt de mogelijkheid om in de toekomst volledig over te stappen naar een “Security as a Service”- model waarbij de partner het volledig beheer en de volledige verantwoordelijkheid van de beveiligingsdiensten op zich neemt.
La désignation d'un partenaire qui, dans un premier temps, avec l'adjudicateur, Solidaris N.V.S.M., pourra apporter son soutien à la gestion actuelle et future des infrastructures de sécurité informatique et des services et applications qui y sont associés. L'adjudicateur conserve la possibilité de passer à l'avenir à un modèle de "sécurité en tant que service" dans lequel le partenaire assure la gestion et la responsabilité intégrales des services de sécurité.
