Intellectus Prep Charter School is seeking competitive proposals for two separate Internet access connections beginning July 1, 2027.Request 1 Primary Internet: Dedicated fiber connection, currently 1 Gbps symmetrical. The school seeks pricing for symmetrical bandwidth options ranging from 1 Gbps to 10 Gbps.Request 2 Secondary Internet: Currently provided through coaxial cable at 1 Gbps download and 35 Mbps upload. The school seeks pricing for continued secondary Internet connectivity and available bandwidth upgrades, including options up to 10 Gbps where technically feasible. Alternative delivery technologies may be proposed.Vendors should provide separate pricing for each connection and bandwidth tier, including monthly recurring charges, applicable installation and activation costs, contract terms, service reliability, and technical support.The school intends to maintain two separate Internet connections and will evaluate proposals in accordance with E-Rate competitive bidding requirements.
