The school currently utilizes a 1 Gbps Internet connection and is requesting proposals for service capacities ranging from 1 Gbps to 10 Gbps. Vendors should provide itemized monthly recurring charges, any applicable installation or activation charges, available bandwidth options, and contract terms. Any ineligible services or costs must be separately identified. Proposals will be evaluated in accordance with applicable E-Rate competitive bidding requirements. The school is not obligated to select the highest bandwidth option.

Services will include the ongoing operation, management, monitoring, configuration, and support of the school's existing internal broadband network equipment. The school currently receives managed services under an agreement expiring August 23, 2027, and is seeking proposals for continued services beginning August 24, 2027. The request is for management services only and does not include new equipment purchases or equipment leasing. Vendors must provide itemized pricing, clearly identify eligible and ineligible services and costs, and specify proposed contract terms. All proposals will be evaluated in accordance with applicable E-Rate competitive bidding requirements.
