Respondent must identify the amount to be cost-allocated out for the ineligible services (i.e. email service, web hosting, content filtering, or other bundled ineligible services). Installation and configuration needed. Vendor must include taxes on bid proposal. Respondent must use the Service Provider Invoice (SPI) invoicing method.
