Se va incheia un acord cadru de furnizare medicamente diverse coform caietului de sarcini cu maxim 3 operatori economici .Durata acordului cadru va fi de 12 luni. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor este de 15 zile. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare in termen de 3 zile ,transmise cu cel putin 10 zile inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor.
