Se desemnează ca ofertă câştigătoare, oferta în lei fără TVA pt. produsul solicitat, care respectă cel puţin specificaţiile tehnice ataşate în caietul de sarcini. LIVRAREA şi RECEPŢIA se vor face la sediul unităţii contractante din bd. G-ral. Paul Teodorescu, nr.5-7 sector 6, livrare franco, depozitul unităţii, între orele 08.00-15.30. Transportul va fi asigurat de către furnizor, acesta suportând toate costurile. Plata se va executa prin ordin de plata, în baza facturii, a N.R.C.D.(Nota de recepţie şi constatare diferente) / Proces verbal de receptie, dupa receptia produselor/serviciilor.
