Produsul trebuie sa fie nou, sigilat în ambalajul original care sa asigure integritatea/ rigiditatea pe timpul transportului (polistiren, folie, etc) si a depozitarii. Livrarea fara documentele prevazute de legislatia în vigoare (factura fiscala, documente de conformitate, instructiuni de utilizare, etc.), poate duce la refuzul receptiei comenzii.
