Marfa va fi livrata gratuit la sediul ISU Gorj in 5 zile de la comanda.
Ofertele se vor face pe pachet si se vor trimite pe email. Nu vor fi luate in calcul ofertele incomplete, care nu respecta intocmai cerintele de mai sus, sau care sunt trimise dupa termenul limita stabilit. Autoritatea contractanta nu are obligatia de a face comunicari privind ofertantul castigator, acesta putandu-se verifica ulterior in SEAP. Autoritatea contractanta isi rezerva dreptul de modificare a cantitatilor, in functie de fondurile alocate si fara a afecta concurenta. Prezentul anunt nu constituie o obligatie de a efectua achizitia.
