Products shall include, but not be limited to: • Beef, lamb, pork, veal, and mutton cuts • Poultry products (chicken, turkey, duck, poussin) • Game meats when requested • Minced meat products • Fresh sausages and burgers • Bacon and gammon • Halal products • Value-added butchered products supplied to specification
