The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement that ensures Norske tog flexible access to procurement assistance as needed for extra capacity or special competence. The contract shall primarily cover operative assistance for planning, implementation and quality assurance of public procurements, but it can also include consultancy, analysis and review work, contract follow-up, process improvement and competence raising measures. The assignments can vary from short-term consultancy assignments to longer hire of resources. Norske tog intend to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer.
