The Chartered Engineer will be required to provide certain Specialist Skills described elsewhere in these documents either through their own resources or through the use of sub-consultants. The Framework will consist of a maximum of 8 (eight) participants. If, during the Framework Period the Contracting Authority requires Engineering Services, the Contracting Authority may procure the work by awarding contracts (Services Contracts) in accordance with the rules of the Framework Agreement.
