The contract is for canteen services and serving courses and meeting food for Statped ́s location in Trondheim. The objective of the agreement is to ensure a well-functioning, attractive and cost efficient canteen offer of high quality, adapted to the organisation ́s needs. The contract includes the following service areas: 1. Operation of a canteen for Statped ́s employees. 2. Lunch packages for course participants. 3. Catering for meetings, events etc. The contracting authority would like to enter into a contract with one tenderer. The tenderer can use sub-suppliers, but have overall responsibility for all deliveries. The contract period is 2 years from 17.08.2026, with an option for an extension. The estimated annual consumption of the agreement is NOK 0.95 million excluding VAT. The estimate is based on previous canteen operations and the expected future need. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority.
