Overview

The aim of the procurement is to establish a framework agreement for the provision of uniform communication services that shall support the contracting authority ́s strategic and operative communication work. The framework agreement shall ensure access to relevant competence and capacity within communication consultancy services, content production and further development and management of the entity's digital communication areas. In order to ensure efficient, secure and stable management of the digital surfaces, it is necessary that the tenderer also provides hosting and technical support for the systems. A complete description of the delivery is in Part II Annex 1 of the Contracting Authority's requirement specifications.

The procurement includes a service procurement for strategic and operative communication services. The main service is the consultant ́s work effort. Consultancy services are normally assessed to have low climate intensity and have, in their nature, an immaterial climate footprint and environmental impact. Consequently, the procurement has a climate footprint and an environmental impact that is immaterial. The contracting authority is, thus, not obliged to set requirements or criteria in connection with climate and environment, cf. the procurement regulations § 7-9 fifth paragraph.
