Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet la fourniture de titres restaurants et de chèques emploi service universel (CESU) préfinancés pour le personnel de Valenciennes Métropole.
Le présent accord-cadre est alloti comme suit : Lot n°1 – Fournitures de titres restaurants oSans minimum oMaximum : 700 000 € HT / an Lot n°2 – Fourniture de CESU préfinancés oSans minimum oMaximum : 250 000 € HT / an Le pouvoir adjudicateur se réserve la possibilité, conformément à l’article R.2122-7 du Code de la commande publique, de passer sous forme de marchés passés sans publicité ni mise en concurrence des marchés de services ou travaux ayant pour objet la réalisation de prestations similaires à celles qui ont été confiées au titulaire du marché. Le marché est reconductible tacitement trois fois un an soit une durée totale maximum possible de 4 ans.
