Le présent accord-cadre mono-attributaire avec émission de bons de commande porte sur la fourniture, l’entretien et la maintenance de l’ensemble des horodateurs situés sur le territoire communal. Le marché est passé sur le fondement d’un accord cadre à bons de commande fixant toutes les stipulations contractuelles conformément aux articles R2162-2 al 2 et R2162-4 du Code de la Commande Publique. Il s’agit d’un accord-cadre conclu, pour chaque année, sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum de 200 000 € H.T (Deux cent mille euros).
