Overview

The Health Service Executive (HSE) wishes to appoint suitably qualified and experienced Fire Consultants to provide specialist Fire Consultancy Services under a multi-lot Framework Agreement. The Framework has been established to support the delivery of fire safety compliance, fire engineering, design, project management and associated consultancy services across the HSE estate. Services may be required for existing healthcare facilities, refurbishment works, extensions, new developments, material alterations, change of use projects and specialist healthcare facilities. Individual commissions are generally anticipated to relate to projects with a construction value of up to €15 million (excluding VAT), although the HSE reserves the right to utilise the Framework for projects of higher or lower value where appropriate.
