Livrarea se va face la sediul beneficiarului in termen de 72 ore de la finalizarea achizitiei in SICAP ( DUPA DELIBERARE) ce tine loc de comanda scrisa. Marfa va fi insotita de factura, certificat de conformitate, garantie/valabilitate.
Achizitorul se obliga sa platesca prin OP in termen de pana la 60 de zile de la receptia marfii si inregistrarea facturii la sediul beneficiarului
