Open procedure
This Framework Agreement establishes a mechanism for the access to Finance Solutions such as residual value leases, non-residual value leases, loans, sale and leaseback agreements, and now also includes pay per use agreements. Indicative pricing can be provided at the initial stage, using current finance rates or tailored costs based on similar previous projects. Where applicable, customers can review three, five or seven-year options, with both quarterly and annual payment profiles available for comparison. If you wish to proceed to formal pricing, NHS Supply Chain will issue the relevant finance questionnaire and supporting instructions. Once the required information has been provided, our Category team will manage a pricing exercise through the framework and provide a summary of the bids received for the trust to review.
