Separate ITT exercises will be conducted to award work packages to reputable contractors to complete works for FCDO Services around the World. This Framework will provide access to construction works for projects across 8 core lots, across the following regions of the world: Europe Americas Africa and Middle East Asia Pacific Framework lot values may be shared with other lots.

Provision of complete turnkey solutions for all general building and M and E works. Framework lot values may be shared with other lots. Renewal: Two year initial contract followed by 2 extension on one year

General construction, maintenance and refurbishment works with secure areas of an embassy building. Framework lot values may be shared with other lots. Renewal: Two year initial contract followed by 2 extension on one year

Licensable and non licensable asbestos removal works to office and residential properties. Framework lot values may be shared with other lots. Renewal: Two year initial contract followed by 2 extension on one year

Survey, design, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning of HV and LV infrastructure. Framework lot values may be shared with other lots. Renewal: Two year initial contract followed by 2 extension on one year
