Overview
This requirement is a re-procurement of Facilities Management Services for the British Embassy Tunis. The scope includes preventive maintenance, reactive maintenance, and emergency maintenance to ensure upkeep of offices, properties, and equipment. Te contract will be for a period of thre (3) years with two (2) one-eyar options to extend subject to satisfactory performance. The contract is anticipated to start 1 March 2027.
Renewal: Two annual extension option years to be exercised subject to satisfactory performance of prior years. Options: Two annual extension option years to be exercised subject to satisfactory performance of prior years.

Suppliers should access the FCDO eSourcing portal (Jaggaer) to view and participate in the opportunity referenced in this notice. Suppliers who are not yet registered should complete the online registration process at https://fcdo.bravosolution.co.uk/. Interested suppliers are anticipated to access ITT_7842 to download the requirements and submit bids. All communications and clarification questions must be submitted through the messaging facility within the portal.
