Livrare: Livrarea echipamentelor și montajul se face în urma avizării achiziției de către AFIR prin OJFIR, prin Ordin de livrare. Echipamentele trebuie să fie noi. Furnizorul trebuie să asigure livrarea și montajul echipamentelor. Plată: Factura va fi însoțită de procesul verbal de recepție, predare-primire și proces verbal punere în funcțiune, semnat de ambele părți. Plata se va face prin OP, conform contractului, în termen de 30 zile de la înregistrarea facturii la beneficiar.
