Le présent marché, se rapportant aux installations techniques des bâtiments appartenant au MAITRE D'OUVRAGE, est un contrat d'exploitation de type PF (marché Prestation - Forfait) ou P.F.I (marché Prestation - Forfait - Intéressement) suivant la présence ou non d'une clause d'intéressement. Accord cadre composite comportant une partie forfaitaire concernant l'entretien / maintenance des installations (P2, P3 et P3R) et une partie à bons de commande. La fourniture d'énergie est à la charge du maître d'ouvrage
La remise des offres est subordonnée à une visite obligatoire et collective conformément aux dispositions indiquées au règlement de consultation, du 1er au 5 juin 2026
