ACORD CADRU CU UN SINGUR OPERATOR ECONOMIC FARA RELUAREA COMPETITIEI - ACHIZIŢIE – EXECUTIE LUCRARI AFERENTE OBIECTIVULUI "CONSTRUIRE GRUPURI SANITARE IN COMUNA BRATOVOESTI, SATELE BADOSI, PRUNET, BRATOVOESTI SI GEOROCUL MARE" Se vor incheia contracte subsecvente pe durata acordului cadru in functie de creditele bugetare aprobate. II.1.4.1 Termenul limita pentru transmiterea de catre operatorii economici a solicitarilor de clarificari: 10 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. II.1.4.2 Termenul limita pana la care Autoritatea Contractanta va raspunde solicitarilor de clarficari: 6 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
