Contractul prevede construirea unei Cladiri cu destinatia Dispensar Uman, cu Sc = 207,40 m2, Sd = 400,00 m2, Regim de inaltime P+1E, realizarea instalatiilor termice, sanitare , electrice aferente, procurarea si montajul utilajelor tehnologice ce asigura functionalitatea obiectivului. Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor: 10 zile. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde solicitarilor de clarificari inainte cu 5 zile de data limita de depunere a ofertelor”
