Overview

Deze aanbestedingsprocedure heeft tot doel het realiseren van een Stadsbibliotheek die voldoet aan de eisen en wensen zoals opgenomen in deze aanbesteding. Om dit doel te bereiken beoogt de aanbestedende dienst met één (1) opdrachtnemer een bouwteamovereenkomst (Bijlage 1) te sluiten en, na succesvolle afronding van de bouwteamfase, mogelijk een aannemingsovereenkomst. Het ontwerp en de realisatie van de Stadsbibliotheek heeft een totale oppervlakte van ongeveer 5.500 M² BVO.
