De opdracht omvat het integraal leveren van IT-beheer- en ondersteuningsdiensten ten behoeve van ITA, inclusief werkplekken, servers, netwerken, applicaties, beveiliging, telefonie, internet en gebruikersondersteuning. Opdrachtnemer treedt op als single point of contact en is verantwoordelijk voor coördinatie, uitvoering, monitoring en rapportage. De geraamde opdrachtwaarde voor de vaste contractperiode bedraagt € 1.150.000,00 exclusief btw. De maximale geraamde opdrachtwaarde, inclusief alle verlengingsopties, bedraagt € 2.300.000,00 exclusief btw.
