Overview

This qualification system is being introduced to be able to qualify suppliers for future tenders for (project and/or framework) agreements for Gas-Insulated Switchgear (GIS) and Gas-Insulated Line (GIL) for 72,5 kV, 145 kV, 170 kV, 245 kV and 420 kV for TenneT TSO B.V. in the Netherlands. The present Qualification System is intended to replace the EU-111 Qualification System, as set out in TED notice 2020/S 125-307189. With regard to the former EU-111 Qualification System, a transitional period applies for parties qualified under that Qualification System, in which new parties also may apply for qualification and have time to get qualified. At the latest 18 months after the publication of this EU-490 Qualification System, the EU-111 Qualification System will cease to apply. It is at TenneT’s sole and only discretion to determine, in the event of a tender with the same scope as the Qualification Systems to be held during the transitional period, whether that tender is to be conducted under the old EU-111 Qualification System or the new EU-490 Qualification System. Note: If you were qualified in the old EU-111 Qualification System, this doesn't mean you are automatically qualified in the new EU-490 Qualification System. TenneT values the confidentiality of all provided information and documents in this qualification system. For this matter TenneT requires from a Candidate a signed version of the attached NDA before providing access to the TenneT Qualification System. The Candidate is requested to forward the signed version to the contact person of TenneT as stated in the most recent TED-Notice: [email protected] For more details please see the manual in the survey.
