Tai Hedyn Limited, trading as Hedyn (the “Association”), is seeking to procure a suitably experienced and qualified suppliers to deliver window cleaning services across its property portfolio.
Lot 1: Newport consisting of 237 Units Renewal: The Contract shall be awarded for an initial term of three (3) years, with the option to extend for a further period of up to twenty-four (24) months, comprising two (2) optional extensions of twelve (12) months each.
Lot 2: Torfaen, Monmouthshire, Blaenau Gwent and Powys consisting of 79 Units Renewal: The Contract shall be awarded for an initial term of three (3) years, with the option to extend for a further period of up to twenty-four (24) months, comprising two (2) optional extensions of twelve (12) months each.
