Overview
NIRAS Finland Oy on behalf of Forestry, Land Use and Value Chains Development in Tanzania (FORLAND) and Ministry of Natural Resources and Tourism (MNRT), Tanzania as the contracting authority, invites tenders for establishment of CBFM (Community-Based Forest Management) in a minimum of 6 new villages in Lindi and Ruvuma Regions.
The procurement will follow the Finnish law on Public procurement (law 1397/2016) and when applicable the General Terms Public Procurement for Finland (JYSE 2014). The procurement is binding to the contracting authority only when the contract has been signed. A written contract will be signed which will follow the form of the invitation to tender and the tender.
