KADUNA STATE LIVESTOCK PRODUCTIVITY AND RESILIENCE SUPPORT (LPRES) PROJECT REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS (RFQ) The Federal Government of Nigeria has received a credit from the International Development Association towards the cost of implementing the Kaduna State Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support (LPRES) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Credit to payments under the contract for Establishment of 30 Ha of land each for commercial pasture production at the Birnin-Gwari (Gaiyam) and Kagarko Grazing Reserves. Kaduna State Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support (LPRES) Project now invites sealed bids from eligible Service Providers for the WORKS DESCRIBED ABOVE AND AS PER THE ATTACHED SHEDULE OF REQUIREMENT to be delivered Kaduna State Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support (LPRES) Project, National Livestock Development Programme Office Complex, No. 9 Yakubu Gowon Way. 2.Your quotations should reach the undersigned within 14 Days from the date of this letter. 3.The works shall be procured through Request for Quotation procedures specified in the World Bank Procurement Guidelines. 4. This request for quotation has been addressed to two (2) other service providers of the said job. 5. All works delivered shall be inspected and must conform to the contract and any substandard works shall be rejected. 6. Works shall be delivered within thirty (30) days from the date of signing of the contract, together with service provider’s invoice showing their description, quality, unit price, and total amount. 7. The Service Provider shall warrant that the Goods elements in the installation works under the contract are new and unused. 8. The Service Provider shall not assign, in whole or in part, its obligation to perform under this contract, except with the written consent of Kaduna State Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support (LPRES) Project. 9. Kaduna State Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support (LPRES) Project may terminate the contract, if the Service Provider fails to deliver any or all of the works within the period specified, or within any extension thereof granted in writing by the Kaduna State Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support (LPRES) Project. 10. The service provider’s request for payment shall be made in writing, accompanied by an invoice as stated in clause 7. All payments shall be made promptly and in no case later than twenty (21) days after delivery and acceptance of Goods. 11. Payment shall be based on agreed milestone, payable upon each satisfactory completion stage by Kaduna State Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support (LPRES) Project 12. The Service Provider shall be entirely responsible for taxes. 13. The validity period for the quotation shall be sixty (60) days from the date of submitting the quotation. 14. Original copy of quotation shall be submitted sealed in an envelope and addressed to The Project Coordinator, Attention, The Procurement Officer, Kaduna State Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support (LPRES) Project No. 9, National Livestock Development Programme Office Complex, Yakubu Gowon Way ,Kaduna. 15. The Successful Service Provider shall be notified in writing and furnished with a Contract Agreement and shall have an effective contract with Kaduna State Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support (LPRES) Project on receipt of duly signed dated contract by the Kaduna LPRES Project. 16. Please confirm receipt of this letter and also let us know if your firm will submit quotation. Your quotation should reach the undersigned on or before 24th June, 2026.
