MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT (MOE) PROJECT IMPLEMENTAtION UNIT (PIU) CAMBODIA SUSTAINABLE LANDSCAPE AND ECOTOURISM PROJECT (CSLEP) IDA Credit no. 6433-KH INVITATION FOR BID The Supply and Delivery of Equipment for Ecotourism Camp Sites at Target PAs (15 CPA for Installation of Solar). Contract Number: MOE-G-2026-04 The Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC) has received Loan from the World Bank IDA Credit No.6433-KH toward the cost of Cambodia Cambodian Sustainable Landscape and Ecotourism Project (CSLEP), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Loan to payments under the Contract for The Supply and Delivery of Furniture for CBETs Sites (Ref: MOE-G-2025-01R). The Ministry of Environment (MOE) now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for The Supply and Delivery of Equipment for Ecotourism Camp Sites at Target Pas (15 CPA for Installation of Solar). Procurement will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding Procedures specified in the RGC’s Standard Operating Procedures on Procurement for All Externally Financed Projects/Program, under the laws and regulations governing public procurement within the Kingdom of Cambodia, and in accordance with the Financing Agreement and Procurement Regulations of the World Bank. This invitation is open to all bidders. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Project Implementation Unit and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during official government working hours from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English maybe inspected and obtained for free of charged at CSLEP Project’s office, Room Tung, 3rd Floor, Ministry of Environment, Morodok Techo Building (Lot 503), Tonle Bassac, Chamkarmorn, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
