Overview
Gemeente Dijk en Waard gebruikt momenteel TOPdesk als centraal platform voor IT Service Management (ITSM) en Enterprise Service Management (ESM). Het huidige contract loopt af op 1 april 2027. Om de continuïteit van de interne dienstverlening te waarborgen, wordt een Europese aanbesteding uitgevoerd voor de selectie en implementatie van een toekomstbestendige ESM applicatie. De nieuwe oplossing moet niet alleen de huidige ITSM-functionaliteit ondersteunen, maar tevens een organisatiebreed platform bieden voor de ondersteuning van IT, Facilitair, in- door- en uitstroom en, Informatievoorziening en andere interne dienstverlenende processen. Daarbij wordt nadrukkelijk ingezet op procesautomatisering, selfservice, asset- en configuratiemanagement (CMDB), workflowondersteuning en integratie met bestaande gemeentelijke systemen.
