Provision of specialist roofing works at Enterprise Court, comprising the cleaning of existing gutters and installation of a gutter lining system to the rear gutters of Blocks 8-12 and 13-18 . The works include provision of access equipment (MEWP), waste removal, installation of insulation boards, gutter lining membrane, metal eaves flashings, replacement capping, renewal of roof fixings, and all associated sealants and fixings required to ensure the integrity and weatherproofing of the gutter system.
