YPO are looking for Providers to be appointed onto a Framework Agreement for the provision of Educational Tables Products. This Framework is designed to allow YPO to meet the needs of all public sector organisations by establishing an agreement for Providers to deliver to YPO customers on a direct basis whereby the end customer places the order with YPO and YPO places the order with the Provider, but the Provider delivers direct to the end customer.

Lot 1 for Educational Tables with Spray on PU Edge, Crush Bent Frame Renewal: One option to extend for additional 24 months. Options: Any resulting Contract shall be deemed to cover any item that can be supplied by the successful Tenderer(s) over the life of the Contract within the scope of Educational Tables.

Lot 2 for Educational Tables with ABS Edge, Fully Welded Frame Renewal: One option to extend for additional 24 months. Options: Any resulting Contract shall be deemed to cover any item that can be supplied by the successful Tenderer(s) over the life of the Contract within the scope of Educational Tables.

Lot 3 for Educational Tables with Spray on PU Edge, Fully Welded Frame Renewal: One option to extend for additional 24 months. Options: Any resulting Contract shall be deemed to cover any item that can be supplied by the successful Tenderer(s) over the life of the Contract within the scope of Educational Tables.

Lot 4 for Educational Tables with MDF Edge, Fully Welded Frame Renewal: One option to extend for additional 24 months. Options: Any resulting Contract shall be deemed to cover any item that can be supplied by the successful Tenderer(s) over the life of the Contract within the scope of Educational Tables.

Lot 5 Educational Tables – Modular configuration tables Renewal: One option to extend for additional 24 months. Options: Any resulting Contract shall be deemed to cover any item that can be supplied by the successful Tenderer(s) over the life of the Contract within the scope of Educational Tables.

Lot 6 for Educational Tilt Top Tables Renewal: One option to extend for additional 24 months. Options: Any resulting Contract shall be deemed to cover any item that can be supplied by the successful Tenderer(s) over the life of the Contract within the scope of Educational Tables.

Lot 7 for Educational Tables with MDF Edge, Crush bent Frame Renewal: One option to extend for additional 24 months. Options: Any resulting Contract shall be deemed to cover any item that can be supplied by the successful Tenderer(s) over the life of the Contract within the scope of Educational Tables.

Lot 8 for Educational Exam desks Renewal: One option to extend for additional 24 months. Options: Any resulting Contract shall be deemed to cover any item that can be supplied by the successful Tenderer(s) over the life of the Contract within the scope of Educational Tables.

Lot 9 for Educational Tables Express Delivery Renewal: One option to extend for additional 24 months. Options: Any resulting Contract shall be deemed to cover any item that can be supplied by the successful Tenderer(s) over the life of the Contract within the scope of Educational Tables.

This Framework Agreement is for the supply and delivery of educational table products. The Framework Agreement will operate as a catalogue framework, enabling end users to select awarded products based on their individual requirements and preferences including product specification, dimensions, functionality, design, suitability for the intended environment, delivery requirements, warranty provision, sustainability characteristics and price. This Framework Agreement is designed to meet the needs of public sector organisations by establishing an agreement with Providers for the supply of educational table products. End customers will place orders with YPO, YPO will place the corresponding order with the Provider, and the Provider will deliver the products directly to the end customer. Suppliers are required to submit their proposed pricing using the Pricing Schedule. The pricing submitted will be used for evaluation purposes and contract award. Any price reviews during the contract term will be conducted in accordance with the information set out in the tender documents and must be supported by appropriate evidence where requested. Any new products added throughout the term will be reviewed based on relevant benchmarking and similar product costs to ensure they are competitive. New products will be added to the annual pricing for review and acceptance. The Framework Agreement consists of nine Lots covering a range of educational table categories. Suppliers will be appointed based on the Most Advantageous Tender (MAT) assessment methodology set out in the procurement documents. The Framework Agreement will be established for an initial period of two (2) years, with the option to extend for up to a further two (2) years, giving a maximum term of four (4) years.
