Turnkey projects to include all equipment, components and labor to: Remove all existing Dukane Star Call equipment and Master Intercom Phones. All existing Starcall equipment will be returned back to Henderson County Public Schools Maintenance Department. Install Dukane Carehawk Intercom System with fully functioning speakers in classrooms and hallways. The Carehawk CH1000 Intercom System must have 911 interface to the intercom phones.

PRE-BID CONFERENCE/SITE VISIT: It shall be mandatory that each bidder’s representative be present for the pre-bid conference/site visits as listed below. Bidders will be required to sign in indicating that they attended the conference and site visits at all 3 locations. The purpose of this visit is for all prospective bidders to acquaint themselves with the conditions and requirements of each site and of the tasks to be performed at each location. Henderson County Public School will have staff available to discuss the project and answer questions regarding the scope of work. Bidders shall stay for the duration of each site visit.
