Overview
To review the Sandyford Urban Framework Plan (SUFP) Area and to provide specialist Urban Design and Master Planning consultancy services. The Forward Planning Infrastructure (FPI) Department seeks to engage the services of a specialist consultant for the provision of Urban Design and Master Planning related consulting services as a key part of the overarching urban design, plan-making and place-making process for the Review. This to prepare and integrate comprehensive and high-quality urban design and master planning services into the overall review which aims to ensure the best possible use of scarce urban lands and to support a vibrant, mixed use and sustainable place for resident communities and employees, and delivering a sense of place.
