The Forward Planning Infrastructure (FPI) Department seeks to engage the services of a specialist consultant for the provision of economic research and economic advisory related consulting services to, as part of the overall re-appraisal of the land use mix in the Area, prepare a Review of planned Employment Uses provision within the SUFP Area In this regard, Employment Uses encompass Office-based Employment, Enterprise development, Light Industrial/Warehousing and any Other Employment related/generating uses. The consultant will also address employment trends and how these translate to floorspace demand, spatial needs and the built form. The provision of said to include guidance on the respective appropriate scale, nature and location thereof within the SUFP Area, and also having regard to the national, regional and local planning context.
