Die Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn (MGBahn) – die öffentliche Verkehrsleistungen im Auftrag des Bundes sowie der Kantone Wallis, Uri und Graubünden erbringt – sowie die Gornergrat Bahn AG (GGB) – die touristische Fahrten auf den Gornergrat anbietet – sind Tochtergesellschaften der BVZ Holding AG. Für beide Unternehmen stellt der digitale Vertrieb einen zentralen Verkaufskanal dar. Im Rahmen dieses Projekts wird eine öffentliche Ausschreibung durchgeführt, um einen geeigneten Anbieter für die Bereitstellung einer neuen Backend- und Middleware-Lösung zu evaluieren.
