Overview
Provision of a Strategic Delivery Partner for the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office’s (FCDO) Corporate Enquiries & Process Improvement (CEPI) programme. The contract will support the design, development, implementation, support and continuous improvement of enterprise-level digital services that transform corporate enquiry handling, case management and process automation across FCDO corporate functions. Services include the delivery of a Corporate Enquiries and Casework Management solution, automation of priority finance and corporate processes, integration with the FCDO Microsoft technology estate including Power Platform and Azure, benefits realisation, support and maintenance of delivered solutions, and delivery through outcome-based Statements of Work. The contract also includes strategic delivery partnership, governance support, architectural assurance, knowledge transfer and continuous optimisation to support scalable and reusable enterprise solutions across the FCDO.
