The Agency primarily communicates with the outside world through its website, and it is therefore also the foundation of the communication strategy for outreach to the aviation professional and the general public. The communication department needs a dedicated framework contract to ensure the provision of a website which is robust and stable, allowing for quick, smooth publications. At the same time the platform must be constantly evolving and developing to allow the Agency to further enhance its digital presence. The contractor is expected to inspire and execute these developments, working hand-in-hand with our in-house web publication team.

In case of unavailability or disruptions in the functioning of the electronic means of communication provided in Section 5.1.11 in the last 5 calendar days before the time limit for receipt indicated in Section 5.1.12, the contracting authority reserves the right to extend this time limit and publish the extension at the Internet address provided in Section 5.1.11, without a preceding publication of a corrigendum to this notice. Economic operators interested in this procurement are invited to subscribe to the call for tenders at the address in Section 5.1.11 in order to get notified when new information or documents are published.
