GR IJsselgemeenten zoekt een leverancier voor een Digitaal Verbaliseringssysteem voor mobiele handhaving. De oplossing bestaat uit app(s) voor handhavers en een backoffice, inclusief hosting, beheer, onderhoud en support. Het systeem ondersteunt digitaal handhaven, informatiegestuurd handhaven en realtime inzicht in uitgevoerde handhavingsactiviteiten. De opdracht betreft het leveren en uitvoeren van 1 Digitaal Verbaliseringssysteem voor mobiele handhaving, bestaande uit backoffice + app(s), inclusief hosting, beheer, onderhoud, support, implementatie, begeleiding acceptatietesten, training en documentatie. Uitgangspunten gebruik/omvang (voor licenties/hosting): Maximaal 20 smartphones (incl. 2 reserve exemplaren) Maximaal 20 gelijktijdige gebruikers Maximaal 30 gebruikers (totaal) Performance: geschikt voor gelijktijdig gebruik door 30 handhavers, 7 gebruikers op kantoor, plus functioneel beheerder en data-analist.
