Mini competition utilising Lot 1 of the established multiparty framework for Landscape Architects for the detail design and delivery of Phase 1, Sallins Amenity Lands, Public Park. As part of the project, Kildare County Council are planning to undertake works including the access road, carpark, wetland area, drainage, pitch formation, site cut and fill, ducting, undergrounding of ESB overhead cable infrastructure, soft landscaping, core pedestrian and cycle path network including maintenance routes, playground and associated ancillary facilities This mini competition is for the purposes of engaging a multi-disciplinary design team to develop the detail design and to manage and procure the contractor for the works to deliver the park in accordance with planning and available budgets.
