Das Fraunhofer IGB plant am Standort Straubing den Aufbau einer Forschungs- und Entwicklungsanlage zur Synthese von nachhaltigen Kraftstoffen im Technikumsmaßstab. Die Gesamtanlage besteht aus zwei Prozess-Skids mit den Reaktoren sowie der gesamten Peripherie und technischen Infrastruktur, die für Versorgung und Betrieb der Reaktoren benötigt werden. Die gesamte Anlage soll im Außenbereich installiert und betrieben werden. Der Aufstellungs- und Betriebsort liegt im Industriegebiet am Donauhafen Straubing-Sand in Niederbayern. Die ausgeschriebene Leistung umfasst das Detail-Engineering und den Bau der gesamten Anlage, einschließlich Lieferung, Montage und Inbetriebnahme. Die Ergebnisse des bereits erfolgten Basic Engineerings bilden die verbindliche Grundlage der hier ausgeschriebenen Leistung. Fraunhofer IGB is planning to build a pilot-scale research and development facility for the synthesis of sustainable fuels at its Straubing site. The entire facility consists of two process skids housing the reactors, along with all the peripheral equipment and technical infrastructure required to supply and operate the reactors. The entire plant is to be installed and operated outdoors. The installation and operating site is located in the industrial area at the Straubing-Sand Donauhafen in Lower Bavaria. The scope of work covered by this tender comprises the detailed engineering and construction of the entire plant, including delivery, assembly and commissioning. The results of the basic engineering work already carried out form the binding basis for the scope of work tendered here.
