The proposed Multi-Party Framework Agreement (the ‘Framework’) involves carrying out minor civil repair and maintenance works for Dublin City Council Waste Management Operations Depots, Bring Centres and foundations of public litter bins located throughout the city. The Tender consists of Three Lots: 1. Structural and Fire- stopping 2. Plumbing and Drainage 3. Carpentry and Metalwork Note: Tenderers can apply for all Lots. The maximum number of Lots which can be applied for is 3. The proposed duration of this framework is 48 months. The total value of the Lots combined is €2m, the per-lot value is €666,666.66 for each Lot. The framework is under the terms and conditions of the Public Works Term Maintenance and Refurbishment Works Contract PW-CF11, and under the direction of DCC Waste Management Services. This Multi Party Framework Agreement will be established under the Open Procedure. Tenderers will initially be assessed under financial, economic and technical suitability criteria as set out in the Suitability Assessment Questionnaire. Tenderers who pass all suitability criteria will be assessed under the outlined Award Criteria. It is envisaged that a maximum of 5 tenderers per Lot (subject to receipt of sufficient valid tenders) will be admitted to the Multi Party Framework Agreement.
